To make a booking in firm we require a payment of 25% of the total of the stay. From the moment in wich we respond to you confirming the aparment's availability for the dates you wish and the amount of the booking, you will have 72 hours (3 days) to make the payment. If after this period of time that payment was not made, we will consider that the booking is not efective, and the apartment will be available for any new booking.
To make the booking payment you have 2 options: online payment and bank tranfer. In both cases you will have to fill in a small form where will be able to choose between the both options. The form will be submited to us via email and then we will return another enail to you with the neccesary details to carry out the payment. Make sure you have Javascript turned on in your browser and that you press the "Send" button when the window of your default email program pops up with the details already filled.
If you choose to make the payment online, on the email that we will send you we will tell you the amount to be paid and you will see a Paypal button through wich you will access to the Paypal secure payment webpages and will be able to pay wih your bank card. Should you opt for a bank transfer, we also will tell you the amount to be paid and give you an account number where you can make the transfer.



* If the renting party did not cancel his booking with a month notice, did not arrive on the booking date or did not transfer the booking amount by the date agreed, the amount handled will be accrued in the owner´s favour as an indemnification for damages.
